i reckon it is again my turn to win some or learn some

ok, so as far as i can tell, the human resources department for best buy is at best inefficient. i guess the only humans they are inerested in helping must be in a certain pay bracket. even though i am clearly being mistreated at my store, and i have tried to amicably remove myself from a bad situation. my gm has unnecessarily blocked me at every turn. i attempted to so through hr, but, because there are in fact worthless to me as an employee, simply sided with him doing no investigation what-so-ever. as a result, two actions will happen. technically three, although being a disgruntled employee is in direct relation to my transfer to this location.

step one is that i am going to make vague hints as to whether or not i will be working there anymore. the other is tear down his wall of lies that he has built. mostly the fact that he sees me as a valuable employee. now it may be true that i am a good employee, but i hav yet to receive a raise or promotion for it. i find it hard to believe that he finds me to be such a great employee, but the only paperwork he has to show it is a negative counseling. on top of, he denied me the full time position for which i had transferred. he claimed there was no longer the availability of that full time position. then he immediately relinquished that same position to another employee. afterwhich, he promoted that employee to supervisor of that department. do i sound valuable yet? let me add to the fact they also cut my hours, and were not even paying the standard pay rate set in the state. that's right, i moved from a state with a standard/cost of living. also something that i was offerred before i transferred, but never given.

how about now? not valuable enough, i will continue. to add to that, he put me on a final notice for my first incident, ever! in my entire history with best buy i had yet to be written. i am at his store for less than three-months and i am on a final?! so eventually, i manage to get out of that spot he forced me into, by the way, i had already contacted hr about this. you will be amazed to know that nothing came of it. i took a position, one that i really enjoy for the most part.

the supervisor transferred to a different. was that position offerred to me? no. was it offerred to one of the warehouse seniors? no. it was in fact given to an employee who had never even worked in the warehouse. as the supevisor, he had no training for the department. in fact, the gm in question said this person was "incappable of doing the job", and cited this as reason for denying me a transfer. yes that is what he said. he told me he hired someone incappable of doing the job he hire him for. apparently, none of these are reasons to suspect any behavior as out of the ordinary. so my goal for the next two months is to contact hr daily until some investigation is actually commenced.
